Process Piping
Aztec Engineering provides a wide range of mechanical process piping. Our team of engineers and designers has extensive experience in providing conceptual designs of process piping systems and pressure vessels.
When designing a process system there are many factors to be taken into account: design pressures, design temperatures, flow rates, product specifications and functionality. Process piping is the complete arrangement of piping, valves and instrumentation controls to convey the necessary production fluids from well sites, batteries, compressor stations and processing plants.
Process piping designed by Aztec incorporates all applicable codes and standards along with client specifications. Direct communication with the client and manufacturers is a key component of the overall design.
Aztec offers piping stress analysis using Finite Element Analysis (FEA). FEA software is used to test pipeing integrity in a wide variety of simulations to ensure that the finished product will be in suitable working condition for the service, free of structural defects. We also analyze data using Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) simulations to minimize occurrences of erosion or corrosion.
From concept and budgeting through design and installation, our team will assist you with solutions.
