Operating facilities can take advantage of Aztec's de-bottleneck studies to improve daily operations. Our engineers make use of specific knowledge to aid in the optimization of operating facilities for compositional changes and process modifications.  We verify design flexibility using sensitivity analysis and can provide CFD simulations for erosion/corrosion studies.  Aztec makes use of Layers of Protection Analysis (LOPA) and advanced ABSA approvals for OPPSD, allowing for precise and cost effective analysis.
