Pipeline Design

With over 18 years of experience in the field and having provided project management, design, and routing for over 10,000 km of natural gas and oil pipelines, Aztec Engineering's goal is to provide best in class pipeline and routing services.  We provide services for every stage of pipeline design to exceed all client expectations.  We consider all environmental risks and restrictions that come with pipeline design.  As such, Aztec provides a regulatory liaison for each project to take care of hazard modeling and energy approvals.

Aztec provides design services for pipelines from 2” to 24” in diameter.  We offer a variety of materials to meet the structural requirements of the job.  Stress analysis tests are run on all pipelines, ensuring that they are safe, cost efficient and that they adhere to all codes.  Pipelines are designed using thermal mitigation techniques which allow operations to continue in inclement weather conditions.
