Experience:

  • 5 years of experience in the oil and gas industry including drafting and preparation of engineering documents, procurement, cost estimating, document review, facility mechanical/process design, construction support, pipeline modelling, relief system design, and facility debottlenecking.
  • 1 year of field experience in upstream and midstream facility maintenance operations in the oil and gas industry.
  • Draft and review detailed engineering documents (BFDs, PFDs, P&IDs, Line List, SDK, Control Narrative, 3D Model, Isometrics, etc.)
  • Mechanical and process design of well tie-ins, batteries, compressor stations and various oil and gas process equipment
  • Pressure relief valve sizing, relief system design, and process safety design
  • Debottlenecking studies, flare studies, and capacity studies
  • Participate in and lead design reviews throughout the project life cycle
  • Project estimates
  • Develop Request for Proposal documents and evaluate technical bids
  • Procurement of material and equipment
  • Provide mechanical and process engineering technical support to team members
  • Provide technical support to the field during construction and process RFIs as required
  • Facility walkthroughs, commissioning, as-building, and project scoping
  • Effectively communicate and work with team members as well as the client for successful project completion
  • Effectively manage time while working on various projects simultaneously
